• Vendor verification documents — for Vendors, a national ID card upload and, for Business Vendors, a business licence upload. These are stored privately and are only ever accessible to Bhutan Product administrators for verification — never shown publicly.
• Order and delivery information — delivery address, Dzongkhag/Gewog, phone number, and order contents, used to fulfil your orders.
• Payment verification information — proof-of-payment receipts you upload for Bank QR/Bank Transfer payments, reviewed by our admin team to confirm payment.
• Usage information — pages visited, actions taken (such as adding items to your wishlist or cart), and technical information like IP address, used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: create and manage your account; process and fulfil orders; verify Vendor eligibility; verify payments; communicate with you about orders, account activity, or support requests; maintain the security and integrity of the platform; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

• With Vendors — order and delivery details necessary to fulfil an order you placed with that Vendor. Vendors may not use this information for unrelated marketing.
• With service providers — such as our hosting and email delivery providers, solely to operate the Site.
• With authorities — where required by applicable Bhutanese law, or to investigate fraud or protect the rights and safety of our users.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, access controls restricting sensitive documents (ID cards, business licences, payment receipts) to authorized administrators only, and secure data transmission. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion of your account as described below, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
