The price shown on a product is the final price you pay for that item, including Bhutan Product's marketplace markup. Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout, based on your delivery address.
Yes. Every product page shows "Sold by [Vendor Name]" — click it to visit that vendor's public storefront and see everything else they sell.
It's a badge Bhutan Product gives to some of the earliest vendors on the platform. It's a recognition badge, not a quality rating.

Yes. A single order can include products from several different vendors — it's split into a sub-order per vendor behind the scenes, but you place, pay for, and track it as one order.
By your Dzongkhag (district). Each of Bhutan's 20 Dzongkhags has its own delivery fee and estimated delivery time, shown once you pick a delivery address at checkout.
Scan Bank QR and Bank Transfer. Both are shown at checkout — you'll complete the transfer using the bank details provided, then upload proof of payment.
No. You pay an advance portion when you place the order (50% by default) and the remaining balance after your order is delivered. The exact split is shown during checkout.
Pay via your own banking app using the QR code or transfer details shown, then upload a screenshot as proof. Bhutan Product's team manually verifies it against the bank record and notifies you once confirmed.
My Account → Orders lists every order with its current status; open one for full details including items, vendor breakdown, and payment status.
Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Ready for Delivery → Shipped → Delivered. An order can also be Cancelled, or — after delivery — Returned or Refunded if arranged with support.
Enter it in the "Coupon code" field at checkout. It's validated when you place the order.
A Flash Sale is a time-limited, marked-down price on specific products. A Promotion applies a discount automatically to chosen products or categories for a period — no code needed.
Share your referral link from My Account → Refer & Earn. When a friend signs up using it and their first qualifying order is delivered, you both receive shopping credit.
Tick "Use my available credit" at checkout — it's applied automatically up to your balance or your order total, whichever is smaller.
